Designed and developed a full featured website for Velvet, a luxury alterations company serving both clients and partner businesses. The site combines elegant design with practical tools for appointment management, data analysis, and internal operations.

  • Custom Booking System: Created separate booking forms for each service type with secure Stripe payment integration

  • Calendar Sync: Automated appointment scheduling with Google Calendar, allowing staff to manage bookings in real time

  • Partner Portal: Developed a secure login area for business partners to submit and pay invoices

  • Power BI Dashboard: Embedded an interactive Power BI dashboard to track key metrics such as revenue, appointment trends, and service demand

  • Responsive, Elegant Design: Delivered a visually refined, bridal-inspired interface that reflects the company's high end brand identity across all devices

University of Arkansas Navigation System (2024-2025)

Role : Team Project Manager, Frontend, Backend, UI, Database management

Tools and Technologies: Python, Supabase Database, HTML, CSS, AutoCAD, User Authentication, Database management and integration, UX/UI Design

Built an advanced digital navigation system to streamline wayfinding and room lookup for the University of Arkansas Engineering Research Building. Designed to serve students, faculty and visitors, the system includes intelligent search, accurate floor mappings, and an admin interface with real time updates

  • Searchable Interactive Map: Users can search for rooms, professors, departments, or room purposes, with visual map highlighting

  • Smart Routing: Displays the most efficient route between buildings or rooms with a routing algorithm

  • Admin Management Portal: Built a secure admin login system to allow authorized staff to update room assignments, professor lab locations, and usage labels that dynamically connect to the backend database

  • AutoCAD Driven Layouts: Rendered precise maps

  • Responsive and Accessible Design: Optimized for use across web and mobile

Full stack Machine Learning: Image Classification (2025)

Role : Solo

Tools and Technologies: Python, PyTorch, torchvision, ResNet, DenseNet, CIFAR-10 dataset, Matplotlib, scikit learn

Engineered a complete image classification pipeline combining both pretrained convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and a custom model trained on the CIFAR-10 dataset.

  • Pretrained Model Inference: integrated and deployed ResNet-50, ResNet-101, and DenseNet-121 from PyTorch's model zoo to classify real world images downloaded at runtime. Designed to return top 1 and top 5 predictions with confidence scores and visual overlays

  • Custom CNN Development: Designed a lightweight CNN architecture tailored to the CIFAR-10 dataset. Implemented a training loop with epoch wise logging and dynamic performance tracking, with optimization techniques.

  • Evaluation Pipeline: Developed custom evaluation scripts to calculate top-1 and top-5 accuracy, generate confusion matrices, and extract correctly classified examples for debugging and model insights

Project Management

Velvet Design Website (2025)

I led the strategy and execution of a full-featured website that serves both luxury retail clients and business partners. I collaborated directly with the company owner to define core user journeys, prioritize business critical features, and manage delivery across both technical and non-technical domains.

  • Use Case Development and Requirements Gathering: Partnered with the business owner to map out clear use cases for two distinct user groups: individual clients booking services and partner businesses invoices. Defined functional requirements based on operational workflows and customer pain points

  • Agile Feature Planning and Prioritization: Translated high level goals into a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements. Balanced MVP delivery (custom booking and payment flow) with iterative rollouts (calendar sync, analytics, partner portal), applying agile planning principles

  • Improved Clarity, Reduced Manual Overhead:

    • Designed and implemented a booking flow tailored to five service categories, with integrated Stripe deposit payments. Improved clarity for customers while reducing manual overhead for staff.

    • A Google Calendar sync was implemented to provide real time visibility of upcoming appointments for staff, minimizing missed or double booked sessions.

    • A Partner portal implemented to pay for invoices and request services-- streamlining backend operations and reducing email dependency.

  • Embedded Data Insights: Delivered an embedded Power BI dashboard aligned with the owner's KPIs, enabling visibility into revenue, appointment volume, and service demand over time

Providing Customized Solutions For Owner's Specific Needs

Frequent back and forth communication with clients through multiple services - text, email, social media - to plan client bookings; Overbooking and double booking issues

Unclear price and time expectations for a variety of services

Time and monetary loss as a result of unattended booked appointments

Appointment and client information scattered over multiple platforms

Frequent messages for a variety of questions across multiple platforms

Booking portal that checks availability based on owner's synced Google calendar, working hours, and personal preferences (cannot book same week)

Clear outline of price and time expectations for each specific service, providing clarity and decreased direct questioning to owner.

Secure deposit payments with a clear policy for cancelations and rescheduling. Email confirmation sent to client along with an SMS notification sent 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

All client information directly accessable from Google calendar booking and also received by the owner though email upon booking.

A contact page that requires clients to choose from a category of inquiries along with their request. This automates an email to the owner that briefly describes the inquiry category in the header for ease of organization

University of Arkansas Navigation System (2024-2025)

As co-leader of a six-person development team, I helped plan, manage, and deliver a custom GPS navigation system through structured sprint cycles and iterative deliverables. This project for the University involved mapping, route guidance, and dynamic waypoint features.

  • Agile Team Leadership: Co-led a team, organizing the project into sprint based cycles with biweekly deliverables. Managed task breakdowns, coordinated team check-ins, and ensured accountability through shared sprint goals and task lists

  • Use Case Definition and Planning: Worked closely with team members to define feature requirements, break them into achievable tasks, and align technical work with real-world navigation use cases (e.g., dynamic rerouting, waypoint insertion, user interface usability).

  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly presented technical demos and progress updates to faculty, incorporating their feedback into future sprints. Coordinated with stakeholders to manage scope within a fixed project budget, helping prioritize essential features over optional enhancements.

  • Quality Assurance: Led testing efforts to validate GPS features under simulated user conditions

  • Team Collaboration: Acted as a bridge between technical and non-technical contributors, resolving roadblocks quickly and adjusting timelines when needed to maintain forward progress

PII Cybersecurity Breaches (2025)

Tools and Technologies: PowerBI

As required by section 13402(e)(4) of the HITECH Act, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights must post a list of breaches of unsecured protected health information affecting 500 or more individuals. The data collected from the past year reveals valuable insights into the frequency and cause of these high risk impact breaches.
